About The Event
3 days, and 2 nights on the Upper Iowa River. More information to follow. 10-12' kayaks are recommended.
Day 1-Ddeparting in the early afternoon from the Chicagoland suburbs, we will drive to Iowa and camp for the night.
Day 2-Head to the launch point, prepare our gear and kayaks spend the day leisurely paddling downriver. Approximately 10 miles. We will end the day by camping at a local campground right on the river!
Day 3 (Saturday)-Depart the campground, spending the day taking our time paddling downriver, approximately 15 miles.
Day 4 (Sunday)- Depart the campground, paddle downriver a few miles stopping to visit a local waterfall before ending the trip.

Admission w/Kayak (Single)

This ticket option includes transportation from a predetermined pickup point, or you can meet us at a take-out point and we will shuttle you to the starting point. A 9.5-foot kayak, life vest, paddle, anchor, and (2) ten-liter dry bags to store your gear. If you choose to meet us at the event we will contact you to discuss our takeout point.
